The 2X2AMP-HDTR61 is a (3) Source Integratable amplified ceiling speaker on a 2X2 metal tile. It includes an electronic shunt to help conform to life safety NFPA72 regulations to be able to shut off from a central locations in the event of an emergency. The new amplifier has 3 sources; 1) one stereo 3.5 mini jack line input, 2) one POP aux input, and 3) one CAT 5 input for connection to the OWI MC4 mixer. (If 25/70/100 volt is required then a transformer will be required and supplied).

A new advantage for the 2X2AMP-HDTR61 is that the upgrade is modular. If Bluetooth, or a digital input or more inputs are required then an upgraded board can be attached to the 2X2AMP-HDTR61 or can be installed remotely and connected via the RJ45 input. This flexibility is designed to provide multiple applications for different markets with a single product.
