Specifically for midsize enterprises, Avaya leverages virtualization technology to deliver end-to-end Unified Communications on a small-footprint, energy-efficient, easy-to-manage platform. Key capabilities virtualized to a single server include a flexible SIP-enabled communications platform, messaging, conferencing, centralized management and administration tools, and an application development interface. Each capability operates the same as when running on its own server. Enhanced conferencing, messaging and contact center applications are easy to add with a separate server. An Avaya one-X® bundle is also available for delivering UC to both desktop and mobile environments.
