In Las Vegas, NV the hub of trade shows attracts all types of exhibitors and attendees, all of which are trying to educate and learn in the span of a few days. When exposure to businesses and products are so saturated, exhibiting companies must market themselves to create a memorable and academic experience for potential clients. Experience agency Switch, headquartered in St. Louis, MO wanted to remodel their booth experience by working with CyberTouch to design a portable, multi-user, Touch Table that can be assembled and disassembled in less than 4 hours. This custom Touch Table by CyberTouch also needed to have a custom computer to run heavy-content, reinforced wooded crates to ensure safe transportation of Photon Frames and monitors and custom software-which was provided by a third party. The invention of a custom portable touch Table has allowed Switch to attend multiple trade shows per year with a self -supporting steel structure that sustained the weight of five monitors in portrait orientation, one monolithic piece of safety glass, and an aluminum bezel.
This Photon Frame, consisting of a monolithic piece of safety glass, advanced infrared touch technology and an aluminum bezel, was custom designed and engineered to be placed on a slant 45° angle over the monitors. Beneath the Photon Frame are five commercial-grade, ultra-narrow bezel 55” Christie monitors running off their own custom computers made in-house at CyberTouch.
